Here at Heat and screed we are very flexible when it comes to pricing. We need to be, We don’t like to scare off potential customers with high initial cost for unnecessary fees for simple work.
Our design work our pricing is individually catered for your requirements, Design and proposal costs depends on how much work is involved, this usually comes down to a number of factors
- Size of project
- Complexity of project
- How many options
- Heat loads and factors that may affect changes to the heat loads.
- Flooring types
- The list goes on the are many factors.
Some projects are very simple and sometimes we can provide a free quote and we build the design costs into the project
Most projects require a bit of investigation work before we can supply you a price, we generally have a small fee to do this,
Some projects will require full documentation and design prior to giving you a final price and some projects and clients require a lot more detail than others.
We need to be flexible so we can assist a diverse customer group, We don’t limit ourselves to only doing the large and complex projects we accommodate small home projects as well, Hence why we have a flexible pricing structure.
